I have a confession--I LOVE watching other women glow up. Nothing is better than watching others find their passion. I admire a woman who isn't afraid to put it all out there and just be herself. LILY COLE

Lily Cole is a British model, actress and entrepreneur. Cole is most known for her 2013 founding of impossible.com, which started as a social network meant to promote a culture of giving. Today, Impossible serves as an innovation group and incubator posed to solve the many problems of the world. Cole has also served as ambassador for "Global's Angels" and as speaker for the "End Poverty Campaign".

Ethiopian born Liya Kebede has attributed her life's work to much more than modeling. Many know Kebede for the Eternity air campaign with Calvin Klein, her features gracing several covers of Vogue, and--of course--being named TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People and one of Glamour Magazine's Women of the Year. But Mrs. Kebede is more than just a beautiful woman on the outside. Her foundation, lemlem aims to reduce poverty in Africa by creating employment for artists.

The Youtube community knows Whitney White as Naptural85--natural hair innovator. For over eight years, she has helped over 900,000 subscribers through natural hair journeys, motherhood and overall personal growth. White is not only a beauty guru and wash and go ninja. Last year, she created a 12 hour live stream raising money for The Epiphany School of Dorchester, MA which provides intensive educational curriculum to disadvantaged youth.

Emily Weiss' first claim to fame came during her role in early 2000's MTV show The Hills, but she knew that reality TV was not her end goal. After developing an interest in skincare, Weiss started her blog, Into the Gloss, focusing on skin care first and make up last. The blog gained a large following through social media and eventually turned into a community. Into the Gloss takes focus away from common influencers and instead serves the everyday woman.
